GMR’s Board of Directors
Nonprofit corporations in the State of California are typically managed in part by a Board of Directors, not necessarily for day-to-day operations, but for strategic governance.
Guyana Medical Relief, Inc., a California nonprofit organization seeks to have outstanding members of our community to sit on its Board of Directors.
The next election of its Board of Directors shall take place on July 15, 2009 and we (the GMR Operating Committee) look forward to a large number of GMR members (who are in good standing) voting in these elections of our Board members.
